Virtual process from viewing to move in
Our process is now fully virtual. All properties can be viewed via a trusted 3D virtual tour, with referencing handled via email and video. You will meet your future housemates over video call and, if they are not there to greet you on the day, you will gain access to your new home via an access code, or from the concierge in your building.
PPE and social distancing applied to all services
We call to check on the health of the new member and existing members before move-in, with extra precaution to protect vulnerable members where applicable. With the re-introduction of housekeeping, all of our staff are equipped with PPE, with extended notice given when attending to adhere to social distancing guidelines.
Always on hand for our members
Regular deliveries of consumables are running, as well as property maintenance, with member consent. The Lyvly team is on hand 24/7 to support any other needs that may arise.
